We have to prepare steamed rice, white radish leaves which are boiled with salt, salted kombu and white sesame seeds. Then we just have to mix all of them. It is easy way of cook for anyone.

My mom usually cook nameshi when she is busy and she think rice is lacking something. The white radish leaves's texture is good! The salty of white radish leaves and salted kombu is also good! It is delicious and I often eat it more. My family like it.

We have to prepare cucumber, carrot, lotus root, cheesewhite sesame seeds, remon juice, soy sauce and sugar.
① Cutting them into bite size pieces. ② Soaking the cut lotus root in water with lemon juice. ③ Boiling the cut louts root and carrot. ④ Mixing all of them with white sesame seeds, soy sauce, remon juice and suger.  Finish!
