🥬🌾Plant-based food in my family
Hi! I'd like to introduce two plant-based food eated in my family.
First, I introduce "Nameshi" which is steamed rice mixed with white radish leaves. I like my mom's Nameshi. I heard the recipe from her. We have to prepare steamed rice, white radish leaves which are boiled with salt, salted kombu and white sesame seeds. Then we just have to mix all of them. It is easy way of cook for anyone.
My mom usually cook nameshi when she is busy and she think rice is lacking something. The white radish leaves's texture is good! The salty of white radish leaves and salted kombu is also good! It is delicious and I often eat it more. My family like it.
Second, I introduce "CoroCoro Salad". CoroCoro is Japanese onomatopoeia, and it expresses appearance of round or small. My mom who works at a daycare center where takes care of children, and she learned that recipe from a nutritionist. The nutritionist made CoroCoro Salad's recipe and named it.
CoroCoro salad has various colors of vegetables. It looks CoroCoro, so the look is good! The cucumber and louts root's texture is especially good! I can enjoy eating with the texture. It is also delicious.
