［Week's Events #5］Kimchi-nabe Recipe

 Hi! I will write about this week. 

Kimchi-nabe I made

I cooked kimchi-nabe on Wednesday. The day was cold, so I wanted to eat nabe. There are many different kinds of nabe. I thought about which nabe I will cook. Then I decided to cook kimchi-nabe because I like spicy food! My friend taught me how to cook nabe before. She recommended “Nabe Cube” which is seasoning for nabe and the shape is cube. It is easy to cook nabe for one person by using it. I have never cooked nabe but I could cook it easily. It was spicy and very tasty!

   Kimchi fried rice I made

There was a little left that nabe's soup, so I tried cooking meal using the soup. When I looked what I could cook using it up on the internet, I found the recipe which is the way of the cooking kimchi fried rice. I just added the soup to washed rice and steamed the rice in a riccooker. The way of cooking it was very easy! I also added Takuan which is Japanese pickles of daikon and green onion. I could make use of leftovers and cook tasty meal, so I was satisfied! 

I also cooked something to eat for dinner except for the above this week. There were many days to cook for myself this week. It was fun time to cook for myself, so I want to try cookin various food from now on!
