［Week's Events #14］Eating Cakes🍰

Hi! I will write about this week. 

  

Chocorate cake

I had the chocorate cake on this Monday. My mother made it. She likes making cakes and sweets. She often makes them on her holiday, so I can eat cake even if it's not special days such as birthday. The chocorate cake was 21cm diameter whole cake and so big! I had it with my family. My mother said, "I think I made a little mistake in making the cake sponge." But, I didn't think so, and the sponge was soft. It was delicious chocolate cake! My family also enjoyed eating it. 

Strawberry sponge cake

Also, though last week, my mother made the strawberry sponge cake. The cream was not too sweet and I liked it. It was also big and delicious! 

I enjoyed eating cakes during winter vacation because my mother often made the cakes. I think it is difficult to make cakes by myself, but she made them well, so I thought she is great. I have never make cakes by myself, so I'd like to learn how to make them from her sometime!
