Hi, I will write about this week. 

I enjoyed cooking and introduce one dish I made this week. 


Mayakutamago
I cooked "Mayakutamago" which is soft-boiled egg marinated in special soy sauce and originated in Korea. I had a lot of eggs and was thinking what to make, then I remembered my brother used to cook it and tried cooking it. I used soy sauce, water, sugar, tube of garlic, white sesame seeds, redo hot pepper and green onion in special sauce. I put soft-boiled eggs in it and marinated it overnight. I cooked it for the first time and did well. I put the egg with the sauce on rice and ate it. The egg was that the flavor of the sauce was soaked in well. It also has runny yolk and it was delicious!

Have you ever made "Mayakutamago"? There are many recipes online and we can cook it easily. I recommend cooking it!
