Hi! I will write wbout this week.
I have been eating just meat lately, so I wanted to eat seafood this week. Then, I enjoyed cooking and eating seafood. I will introduce two dishes.
Salmon rice bowl
First, I ate the soy sauce marinated salmon sashimi rice bowl. Sashimi is Japanese dish of thinly sliced raw fish. I marinated sliced salmon in sauce which mainly saoy sauce, Mirin(sweet cooking sake) and sesami oil mixed, and leave the salmon out overnight. And then, the sauce soak into the salmon when I ate and it was delicious!
Mayonnaise shrimp
Second, I ate the mayonnaise shrimp which is fried shrimp with mayonnaise sauce and usually called "Ebi Mayo" in Japan. I mixed mainly mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper, and made the sauce. Then, I put the sauce on shrimp which I peeled and fried with starch. It took time and to peel shrimp, but I was happy with delicious mayonnaise shrimp. The shrimp went well with the sauce.
